What should I mention in the "Total marks obtained and grade marks" column of any entrance examination if my university awards CGPA and CPI?

I am having a query in Educational section regarding the Total marks obtained in Diploma/BE. Actually I am a GTU passed out student and our university provide us only grade marks which is called CGPA and CPI (e.g., 8.5 out of 10). In this case what should i mention in Total marks obtained and grade marks column. Please reply as soon as possible as the deadline is near.
