What should be my reply when can interviewer asks me about the reason for me joining HR after BCA?
sir i have done bca in graduation and in interview interviewer generally asked to me this question...
why you have taken hr after bca?

This is a general question which many interviewers ask. You can mention that you are more a people's person. You like the various activities that a HR person is required to do. Also you should mention that you do like Computer Application too. Infact you would like to use the skills learnt in BCA as a HR person. It will be helpful in making process quicker and accurate.
