sir can please tell what are subjects we need to take in class +1 and +2 for ias exam
and what subjests for ias prelimenary exam????? |

Hai,
IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service. There is no need of particular stream to be apply this exam, any stream candidates can be eligible. UPSC conducting this exam every year once. Eligibility details:- The applicant should be complete graduation or any equivalent bachelor's degree from a recognised university of india. No need of percentage restrictions to apply this exam. You must be an Indian origin. Final year graduation students can also be eligible. Age criteria:- The candidates minimum age limit is 21 years, The candidates maximum age limit is 30 years. Relaxation:- 3 years upper age relaxation for OBC category candidates, 5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST category candidates. Selection process:- Preliminary examination, Mains examination, Personal interview. Number of attempts:- 4 times for General candidates, 7 times for OBC candidates, No limit for SC/ST candidates. List of optional subjects:- Agriculture, Animal husbandry and Veterinary science, Anthropology, Botany, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Commerce and Accountancy, Economics, Electrical engineering, Geography, Geology, History, Law, Management, Mathematics, Mechanical engineering, Medical science, Philosophy, Physics, Political science, Psychology, Public administration, Sociology, Statistics, Zoology. hai, IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service.This exam is conducted by UPSC.So here there is no need to a special course in 11th and 12th standard.The minimum education qualification is Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
