you did not mentioned your gate paper on which you are prepraring your gate examination.

and in gate multiple choice paper.have negative marking.details information you can get from the link below:

and for previous year question please serch the web or many books avaliable in near by book store.

you have not told to branch you belongs because the papers of GATE is different for the different streams
but you dont worry the quetion which are asked in paper is not from out of your syllabus of the b.tech.you download the syllabus and get completed the important topics then you can qualify the GATE with good percentile all the best
