which type of summer traning do i take which will be best forn me in my job in future

If you are going for summer training than you should prefer first the field where you want to make your career because summer training plays an important role in this...
If your area of intrest is VLSI or Embedded System Design etc than opt those training centers or company which give you training on these topics because you are going to work on this topic in organisation which will help you to improve your base...and doing training you will get a lot of information which will help you in interview for selection and beside it also helps you in your work in organisation..

after completion my summer training.when i will go my class.what type of questions can be asked me from my teacher about my project.like i do my project in human resoureson the topic grivance handling in the industry...........plz reply me immediatly.. i m waiting

I completed DECE at 2005 and joined in company which is not related to my studies after that i completed my BE ECE PT .Now I want to change my working profile into technical which course will change my profile pl help me.
