what will be the next exam of railway recruitment? what criteriya will be needed?

This is very sensitive because you did not mention any one qualification in your question. They will be having lot of recruitment state wise. they have number of websites in state wise. if you feel you want to apply in your region nao you should keep watching your state RRB website.

Hi, if you want to go for railway job then have to qualify RRB examination.
RRB Examination is conducted for to recruit and make available the right kind of manpower at the right time to the different units of the Railways as per their necessities. This is an All India Entrance Exam. Railway Recruitment Board has been appointed and authorized to ensure the exam is conducted smoothly. Selection on various posts based on the Written Test and Interview.

Another way to do service in railways is to get into RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam Limited). In RVNL you will get more exposure.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate from any recognized university.
Age limit: min. 18 yrs to 30 yrs.

You could write the entrance exams like:

• RRB(Railway Recruitment Board)
• SCRA(Special Class Railway Apprenctice's)

for joining in Railways.


RRB Exam is a All India Entrance exam conducted for selecting candidates for railways.


Eligibility Needed:

• The candidate need to be a citizen of India
• Candidate should have a age limit of 18-30 years
• There are relaxation for other reserved category
• Education qualification for the RRB Exam is that the candidate need to have completed a degree from a recognized university

SCRA Exam is being conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission)

Eligibility Needed:

• Candidate should be a citizen of India
• Age limit for the exam is that the candidate must have a age between 17–21 years to apply for the exam.
• The candidate should have pursued either Physics and Mathematics or Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate

Important Dates for Railway Recruitment:

Date of Issue of duplicate call letters : 24.02.2012 & 25.02.2012
