Your easy target could be all the IT firms.

Now try to collect data or contact of HR of these firms.
You may use facebook or LinkedIn

Once you get the contact mail your CV with cover letter to them

Also you can ask any contact/source or friend who is working in ece company to forward your CV to their HR.
