Tnpsc group2 application forms can filled online by registering in the nearest post offices.

first you have to pay the required fees of examination in the postoffice/gpo they will give you a serial number,take taht serial number and download the form from tnpsc's official website-www.tnpsc.gov.in

you can get it on www.tnpsc.gov.in or you can take the hard copy of it from the GPO of your city.

first of all your answer is not at all clear.which group II are you talking about.
but to sort it out and understanding it as TNPC you can get it at the websites such as www.apspsc.gov.in
and http://website.apspsc.gov.in/Documents/PRESS_RELEASES/26.pdf

please mention the name of the exam however according to us it is about tnpsc so you can get it from www.tnpsc.gov.in

Hi the exam datd for group II in offline is finist but still time is there you can apply throw online last date is 18-02-2011.
