I have completed my intermediate in MPC group i.e. with subject combination of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. I am presently interested in studying for B.Sc in Agriculture. Am I eligible for it? Is there any entrance exam for it?

Yes, the candidate who has passed 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a Government recognised board are eligible to pursue B.Sc. Agriculture course. Admissions in B.Sc. Agriculture course are done through entrance examination conducted by the respective state or through entrance examination conducted by the respective college/ university. B.Sc Agriculture course is bachelor degree course. The required eligibility to appear for examination to get admission in the course is :

Candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board.

Candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology in 12th.

The minimum required aggregate to appear for examination is 50% but it varies with entrance examination conducted by some of the institutes.

Having completed your Class 12th with PCM group you are not eligible for pursuing B.Sc. in Agriculture ( Hons. ) degree course as for this course students having completed their Class 12th with PCB or PCAgri. group are only eligible.
