Sorry to say that All the answers about the education ministry(Kapil sibal) are NOT true as of now.

Since the Kapil sibal doesnot hold the Human Resource Ministry Department.

After the re-shuffling of ministries after the election of the President of India.
We have many changes in the Ministry Departments.

Education minister of India is Dr.Pallam Raju.

So the Present and Acting Education minister of India is Dr.Pallam Raju.

As of now He holds the Ministry of Human Resource Development which comes under the Education Ministry.
