Hi,
External source of recruitment is better in many ways like: 1.It brings new ideas/talents into the organization get needed competencies. 2.Provides cross-industry insights. 3.It may reduce training cost. 4.It helps organization meet equal employment opportunity. Besides it external sources of recruitment also have some disadvantages: 1.It may result in misplacement. 2.Increases recruitment costs. 3.Requires longer adjustment time. thank you. |
