How to become a RAW oficer and what qualifications are required?

You should be atleast graduate to give the exam of RAW or IB. your general knowledge should be good because it will be asked to you from exam till interview.

hello sir this is anand and i finished B-tech mechanical (with correspondence ) Can i join to RAW or CBI ?

IPS stands for Indian Police Service. This exam conducted by the upsc once in a year.

The no. Of attempts for this exam is

general category- 4 attempts

OBC-7 attempts

SC/ST- No limit of attempts

Age limit:

The candidate minimum age is above 21 years and maximum age is below 30 years.

Upper age relaxation applicable.

3 years for OBC candidates.

5 years for sc/st candidates.

The candidate should be citizen of india.

The candidate should complete the graduation.

QUALIFICATION FOR APPEARING IN CPT

10+2 PASSED OR GRADUATE FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.

There are three stages in CA

Common Proficiency Test(CPT)

IPCC
There are 2 groups in IPCC
GROUP I
GROUP II

(if you do not want to clear the group II after clearing the group I examination
you can do so AND can join 3 years practical training ,after completing training you will acquire
CERTIFICATE OF ACCOUNTING TECHNICAL even if you will not complete the course of CA)

After clearing both IPCC (group I & II )

You can appear for final examination

there isn't any direct admission in intelligence department like RAW ,

first of all you have to join indian army as RAW is the intelligence department of indian army,

then you will have to volunteer to work for RAW ,

after a hard training and abilities of one they select only some of all volunteer to work for RAW.

i'll suggest you to firstly concentrate to join indian army because it is after process of joining army.
