HI,
NO, you are not eligible for medical entrance exam at the age of 14 year.

For any medical entrance exam your age should be above 17 year.
For have to pass 12th class with physics, chemistry and biology from recognized university or board with minimum 60% marks.

There are many medical entrance exam like:-
-A.I.I.M.S
-A.I.P.M.T
-A.F.M.C
-J.I.P.M.E.R
etc.

You need to understand that there are maximum/minimum age limit for any degree courses.
But, the kind of mystic place (India)we live in, there have been certain rare exceptions.
You need to understand that you haven't mentioned you are in which class and pursuing which stream.
Firstly you have to clear you 10+2 examination from any recognised school/college with an aggregate of minimum 55%-60% marks.
Secondly, your stream should be science to be eligible to sit for the entrance test to appear in medical exams.

I an sorry to say that you are not eligible for medical entrance exam.

As per the rule off medical council of India the candidate who apply in medical exam there age should be above 17 year.

If you want you can appear in entrance exam after age of 17 year.

You have to pass 12th class with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
