You can try for Specialist Officer Post in nationalized banks. B.Tech degree is enough to apply for the post and no specific percentage is mandatory. In railways, you can apply for the position of Section Officer. You can try for matching jobs in state/central government. Details on this can be collected by visiting the web portal of SSC, UPSC, RRB, PSU, etc.
