Which is better company to work? Syntel mumbai or Wipro Bangalore

definitely WIPRO as it has a better reputation which will help you gain good ground on the recommendations sector if in the future you plan to shift to any other company.

in the sense of money both are in high level

both having international level influence

In terms of ranking Wipro is ranked higher. But before selecting where to work you need to look at factors which suit you the most. First of all the job profile. Second the location. Then there are other factors like the benefits you are going to get.

So, overall Wipro is the best company, if you are interested in jobs Because Wipro will gives you better environment and better salary and you will get lots of things while you are doing jobs in wipro.

but till wipro is better at the starting of your career. because wipro recruit much more candidate every year than Syntel. so getting placed in Wipro much easier then getting placed in Syntel.

the training provided by wipro is much better than the Syntel. also syntel most of the time recruit experienced people so for fresher firstly join in syntel is very much difficult.


i will suggest if you want to start your career then first join in Wipro. after few years experience try to get job in Syntel if you want to choose company between this two.

both wipro and syntel is a good company but i feel that looking at the facilities and pay scale and also reputation wipro has an edge over syntel..

Is package offered by syntel to 2011 batch(2.8) a ctc or a gross salary??
and does syntel provide other facilities apart from this 2.8 amount??

nothing to worry,syntel is as good as wipro. if u r a fresher just start ur carrier from one of them.

Syntel package for freshers is 3 - 3.5 Lakhs for IT graduates..

All facilities comes under CTC...

The pay package for IT freshers will range from 2.5 - 3.5 lakhs ctc, depending upon the company which you join...

-> If you get placed in core companies like Google, Microsoft, CISCO etc. then the pay package for the freshers will be 4 - 8 lakhs per annum

Syntel came to our college with package of 2.8 L

Later after selecting the candidates they announced increment in package to 3.75 L

should i believe and join them...

i have cleared written exam of wipro,today i attended technical & H.R round.My technical round was too good.also i got a very nice feedback from my technical interviewer.after that i attended H.R round..d questions asked were very simple like intro,hobbies,about wipro etc..i explained all d questions but at some places i did some mistakes.i am not satisfied with my H.R,,please any one can tell me what is the chances of getting selected,,as they have said result will be send after 15 days...THANK-YOU

Syntel is biggest cheater company. Please do not join whatever HR told you completly false commitmets. I had worked In Syntel for Long time, and got only humiliations. Your social life just finish at day when you jin. Please consult the Syntel employee(not manager or HR) before join or see the feedback at internet.

But SYNTEL has some standard maintained.

Wipro is just a poor company, they don't pay OK itself while Syntel Pay much better than Wipro.

I would wish to never work with Wipro at least, its a conservative company.
