WBJEE is the acronym for West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam and is conducted For admission to under-graduate courses in Engineering, Medical, Architecture and other relevant disciplines in Universities and Colleges of West Bengal.
Since this is an state level examination, it will not be considered for admission to universities/ colleges all over India. For admission is universities and colleges all over India, entrance examinations are conducted by CBSE.

WB JEE stands for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and it is regarded as one of the top most Entrance Exams in our country.
Though it is conducted on the domicile basis but it has got some of the finest colleges under it namely Jadavpur University, Shibpur Engineering College, Kalyani Government Engineering College etc..

Now as you would know that WB JEE, as the name suggests is that it is for the West Bengal Regional Colleges and state colleges. So it is a domicile which is allowed there. However students who live outside WB, but have their permanent addresses there can apply via that.

Now coming to your query, I would that as such there is no news in the Market that WB JEE would be conducted on All India Basis. Yeah this was earlier open for the candidates from all over India, but now the admissions are purely conducted on the Domicile basis.

Hence if you want to compete All India, then you may sit for the Entrances like IIT JEE, BITSAT, AIEEE, UPTU, etc..

WBJEE is the common entrance exam conducted by west bengal joint entrance exam conducted foe engineering,architecture students
as it is common all over the india i think it is not possible for conducting it in common..
