Please provide me the proper information as I want to know about the age limit to apply for Technical Entry Scheme recruitment of Indian Army. I am interested to apply in this recruitment. Please help me with this information.

Candidates who have completed their 12th standard or its equivalent with minimum 70% marks in PCM subjects from a recognized board are eligible for Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme recruitment. The age of the candidates must be in between 16.5 years to 19.5 years respectively. The selection will be done on the basis of medical examination followed by merit list and SSB interview.

Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme is an entry through which candidates get direct call for SSB ( Service Selection Board ) Interview based on their marks secured in their Class 12th.

--> To be eligible to register for TES, you must have following qualifications :-

* You must be an Indian citizen.

* Your age must lie within 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

* You must have completed your Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects with at least 70% marks from a recognized board of education.

* You must hold the physical fitness as per the service requirement norms.

The age limit required to apply for Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme 2018 is 16.5 to 19.5 years as on 1st Jan 2019. To be eligible to apply for Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme 2018, you should have passed 12th standard or equivalent in PCM stream with minimum aggregate of 70% marks from a recognised university.

Age Criteria Required to apply for Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme 2018 Recruitment:

In order to be eligible for appearing in Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme, you must meet the required age criteria. Here is the basic age required to be eligible.

>> Minimum age required - 16.5 years

>> Maximum age allowed - 19.5 years

Age criteria is considered as per the rules and regulations of Indian Army Institution, and candidate must meet the above mentioned age criteria in order to be eligible.
