Yes, you are eligible to apply for Assistant Loco Pilot job, if you can satisfy the below mentioned eligibility criteria :_

1. You should have passed ITI or Diploma in Engineering course from a recognised Institute.

2. You should be in between 18-30 years of age. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Those candidates who have completed diploma and ITI course from a recognized University are eligible for Assistant Loco Pilot exam

Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.

No, as per my knowledge you are not eligible for assistant loco pilot job. For getting this job candidates must have completed ITI in following trades :
Fitter
Instrument Mechanic
Electrician Maintenance Mechanic
Radio and TV
Electronics
Motor Vehicle Mechanic
Wireman
Heat Engine
Diesel Mechanic
Coil Winder
Tractor Mechanic
