Yes, you are eligible to apply for IBPS recruitment. Since you are in final year of B.Com, you are treated as a Graduate. And so you are eligible to apply for IBPS Recruitment examinations. IBPS Conducts CWE (Common Written Examination) for several posts,

>> IBPS RRBs (Regional Rural Banks) Recruitment

>> IBPS Clerical cadre Recruitment

>> IBPS PO (Probationary Officer)/ MT (Management Trainee) Recruitment

B.Com is considered as a Bachelor degree and the basic educational qualification required is "Candidates must have passed GRADUATION in any stream from a recognized university" to be eligible. Final year candidates pursuing last year of their respective qualification are also eligible to apply for IBPS Recruitments. But remember, you are supposed to produce "Original Certificates" of qualifying examination during examination if called for Interview.

No, you are not eligible for IBPS exam because you have not completed your graduation degree.

IBPS stand for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selections. IBPS examination is conducted for the recruitment in the different public sectors banks. To appear in IBPS you need following criteria :

Eligibility criteria for IBPS Clerk exam :-

1) Pass the graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize University.
2) The age must be between 20 to 28 years for the clerk post.

Eligibility criteria for IBPS PO exam:-

1) Candidate should have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Doesn't require any kind of percentage marks in graduation degree.
2) Candidate's minimum age should between 21 to 30 years.

You can give IBPS PO as well as Clerk exam. If you clear exam, then you have to show graduation certificate at time of interview.

IBPS 2015 PO/MT and Clerk exam is conducted by IBPS into two different exam.

This year IBPS exam pattern has changed. You have to face two exams instead of one objective type papers.
