I have done 12th pass in India but I am not Indian citizen. We are a Nepal citizen. Can I join NDA? Reply fast please. Thank you.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for NDA examination being a Nepal Citizen. The NDA examination is conducted by UPSC for candidates who are interested to join in Indian Armed Forces. Eligibility criteria required to apply for NDA examination is mentioned below :-

--> You should be a citizen of India or Nepal or Bhutan.

--> You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.

--> You should be within 16.5 to 19.5 years of age.

--> You should be an unmarried male candidate.

--> You should be physically fit as per physical standards mentioned in the UPSC NDA examination notification.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

For National Defence Academy exam candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized board.

AGE LIMIT = Sixteen and half years to nineteen years.

As per my knowledge you can apply apply for NDA being a Nepal citizen.

IMPORTANT DATES

=> Application form release = 18th January, 2017

=> Last date to submit the application form = 10th February, 2017

=> Exam date = 23rd April, 2017

Yes, you are eligible for NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam.

Candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

You must have a citizenship of India or Nepal or Bhutan.

I came to know that nepali citizen can join NDA, but my question is does they also have to fulfill same processor of selection like same exam ? or there is different criteria of exam for those nepalese candidates ? exam are being taken by UPSEC so majority of question might be from indain histroy geography, that is difficult to answer for nepalese candidates
