Hi Sir, information science engineering is similar computer science engineering same subjects will study. So, can I apply for IT specialist officer?

The eligibility criteria for the post for IT officer in Bank are following:-

-The candidate should have passed Graduation or any equivalent degree or post graduation in any discipline with atleast 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit for specialist officers post should be from 21 years to 30 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories candidates Government.

-The selection procedure for the post of IT officer involves written test followed by Personal Interview.

-IBPS conducts Specailist Officer CWE exams once in a year to make recruitment for the post of IT officer in the Bank.
