I am operated from Appendix surgery
and I want to join NDA and I have already applied.
Kindly tell me am I get selection in NDA?

Yes, you are eligible for NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army.

The candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

I have attached the physical fitness criteria for NDA exam so please check it out.

We are really very sorry to inform you that you can not get selected in NDA for final job or post due to your surgery because as per the instructions of defense department recruitment, all those candidates are not eligible to be in the recruitment or for job who have suffered from any fracture, broken bones, operation (major/minor) having disease, any type of problem which may occur in future after the job and you have been operated through your Appendix Surgery that is why we are sorry that you are not eligible.

When you have already applied for this examination then you must appear for examination because may be you qualify and get to the next selection procedure because may be the doctors of defense service takes your case legal and allow you to enter but depends on the conditions and your efficiency of the part which has been operated but you must appear for exam and try to qualify.

You can apply for other government jobs and you should apply for clerk or LDC job in Indian Army, Navy because these posts are recruited on test and computer knowledge basis means physical test is tested but not necessary as NDA exam.

There are some other government jobs available such as Banking, Railway Technician, Ticket Collector, ASM, Insurance Assistant and Administrative Officer jobs etc. which you can apply after 12th and graduation course.

Appendix has nothing to do with physical standard.
Yes you can apply for NDA .if you fulfill the listed below criteria then yes you can :-

- age limit :- 16.5 - 19 years
- educational qualification :- 12 th passed in any stream.
- mentally and physically fit and fine.
- must be indian.
- eye sight :- 6/6 or 6/12
