As far as my knowledge is concerned about this recruitment, this is the recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector in Steno Assistant Grade which is being recruited this year by Bihar Police Board and if you are willing to apply for this recruitment then you must know the conditions :

Candidate must have passed intermediate/12th class from a recognised board/university and

Candidate must have passed diploma certificate in computer application/operations from a recognised institute/university/college

Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 25 years for male and female candidates of unreserved category.

Age for male candidates of BC and EBC should be between 18 and 27 years and maximum 28 years for female candidates

Age for both male and female candidates should be between 18 and 30 years for SC/ST category candidates and other relaxations as per government rules.
