For EBC/ Backward class (Male): 20 to 40 Years
UR (Gen), backward class and EBC (Female): 20 to 40 Years

Eligibility to apply for Bihar Police Excise Sub Inspector Recruitment 2018 :

Age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and more than 37 years for general category candidates, 40 years for OBC category candidates and 42 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Candidate must have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or any other equivalent qualification from a reputed board/university.

Physical standards are also required from candidates applying for this recruitment in which candidates should have minimum following physical standards :

Height Male Candidates 165 cms for general and OBC category candidates and height is 160 cms for candidates of SC/ST and all category of female candidates and weight of the women candidate should be minimum 48 kgs.

Chest of the candidate should be minimum 81 cms and 86 cms after expansion of the chest and this standard is only for male candidates and relaxation of 5 cms in chest will be provided for SC/ST candidates.
