Does Speaking disorder comes under PWD category?


Respected Sir, If a person is suffering from Speaking disorder and having problem in Speaking, Will he come under PWD category? Please answer as soon as possible.

Respected sirs please suggest me is there any government jobs after diploma (ece) and I am pwd OH person please suggest suitable jobs in government sector
