i am doing B.Tech final semester in
Mechanical Engineering so please tell me
can i apply for appsc recruitment exams or not.........?

Yes, you can apply since you are in the final year.
The basic eligibility criteria for this APPSC exam is graduation from the recognized university. The age limit should be 18-36 years.
Generally the notification will be in the month of June or July month tentatively.
The selection will be based on the written exam and document verification.
