Hello Sir/Madam, I want to appear in RTO inspector exam. I completed diploma in mechanical engineering. I am doing in final year last semester B.E mechanical engineering Apr 2017. What is the procedure how to apply this exam? How to apply for RTO Inspector exam?

Procedure to become an RTO Inspector:

Whenever there are vacancies available in RTO officer, Regional Transport Office of concerned zone releases official notification for filling up vacancies for these Inspector posts in RTO offices and then you will have to apply for those recruitment's from "Career/ Recruitment" section. The basic eligibility criteria is as follows.

>> Yo must have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized university.

>> As you have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I am very sure that you are certainly eligible to become an RTO Inspector.

Sir I'm retained from Indian army after 6 month I completed, BVN course B vehicle nco cader (AX CRADE)nd 2 years military transport instructor and I finished NTSC nco transport supervisor course (A CRADE) from ASC CENTRE AND COLLEGE, civil qualification BA HISTORY l can apply rto .

Is be automobile engineering enough for recruitment in rto?
