Yes, you can apply for following designation being a civil engineer and entrance exam is conducted by Railway Recruitment Board:

>>Senior Section Engineer (Bridge).

>>Senior Section Engineer (Works).

>>Senior Section Engineer (Estimator, Design, Drawing ).

For all these posts, you must have a bachelor's degree in engineering. Final year candidates can also apply for RRB entrance exam.

The age limit to apply for examination is 20-35 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category.
