1. junior engineer of computer
2. technical assistant of railway
3. customer relation assistant(CRA)
4. Junior computer operator etc etc.
you may go for it. but there competition is very high. you should have a very good knowledge on your subject to get job there. otherwise after some work experience in industry you may try for job in Indian railway.

and you will be get as post of assistant railway engineering post.

Electronic and communication engineers generally look into the field of signal field in the communication dept of engineering section.

And this job you can apply after doing B.TECH in ECE.

and you have to get minimum 60% marks in b.tech.

You can appear for IES (Indian Engineering services). Since you have done engg in ECE, you are eligible to appear for IES.

Then on qualifying you can choose a post in the Indian Railways.

for that exam:
a)you should complete 10+2 and Bachelor degree with Physics and Mathematics or Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum of 50%.

b)your age should be between 17 – 21 years .
