Yes, of course, those candidates who having NCC certificate can get first preference the time of interview. NCC certificate will add advantage to get join in IPS service. (For example: if two people qualify with the same mark in Civil Service then first preference will be given to the candidate who having NCC certificate. In such case NCC certificate will be helpful to join in IPS service.
