Hello friends,I am 25 years old female candidate and completed my B.Com. I want to apply for Sub-Inspector post in Delhi Police. Can I know about the requirements to apply for the same post in Delhi Police.

Last month, Staff Selection Commission has released notification for recruitment of Sub Inspectors in different Armed forces and Delhi Police.

Academic qualification: Graduates can apply for exam.

Driving Police is mandatory for Delhi Police.

Age criteria: 20-25 years.

OBC candidates get three years upper age relaxation and SC/ST candidates get five years upper age relaxation.

The only possibility for you to apply is if you belong to reserved category.

The requirements to apply for Sub Inspector post in Delhi Police:

>>Candidate must have minimum academic qualification of bachelor's degree. Candidate studying in final year of bachelor's degree can also apply for exam.

>>The age criteria for candidates of general category is 20-25 years. Upper age relaxation is given to candidates belong to OBC, SC/ST.

>>The third and most important requirement is a valid driving licence.

To apply for Sub-Inspector position in Delhi police being a female candidate, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

> Candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university

> The height of the candidate should be minimum 157 cm

> The age of the candidate should be minimum 20 years and can apply upto 25 years

> Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms

The age limit for Sub Inspector post in Delhi Police:

General aspirants: 20-25 years.

OBC candidates: 20-28 years.

SC/ST candidates: 20-30 years.

If you belong to reserved category and have done bachelor's degree then only you can apply for Delhi Police SI exam.

The age limit to appear for CPO examination for recruitment as Sub Inspector in Delhi Police is 20-25 years as on 01.08.2018.

There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category. So, if you have above qualification then you are eligible to appear for examination.

Candidates have to qualify in written and physical test for final selection.

The eligibility to appear for CPO examination conducted by SSC is that :

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

For recruitment as SI in Delhi Police the age limit is :

Minimum - 20 years.

Maximum - 25 years as on 01.08.2018

So, if you will be above 25 years then you are not eligible. There is relaxation in age limit as per government norms for reserved category candidates.

The entrance examination will be conducted in written as well as in Physical standard test.

Requirements to apply for Sub-Inspector are as follows:-
Educational requirements- graduation degree.
Percentage criteria- 50 percentage.
Age limit- 21 years to 34 years.

The maximum age limit was 25 years for appearing in entrance examination for recruitment as SI in Delhi Police.

The age limit will be taken in consideration as per the age on 01st August.

There is also relaxation in age limit for reserved category.

So, if you belong to reserved category you are eligible to apply for the examination.
