I am little worried about my future. Actually I am interested to apply and get in as a Assistant Civil Engineer through CSPHCL recruitment. But I don’t know about the selection procedure. Can you help me to know about the selection procedure.

The selection of candidates for the post of CSPHCL Assistant Civil Engineer will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT), Interview and Documents Verification.

The last date for submission of online application form is 8th August 2018.

The selection of CSPHCL Assistant Civil Engineer will be based on computer based written online test and personal interview. Computer based test will of 100 marks and consists of 100 questions, 80 questions from professional degree and 20 questions from general awareness and reasoning.

After online test, three candidates for one vacancy will be called for interview. Final merit list will be prepared on combined performance of written test and interview.

Selection Process of CSPHCL Assistant Civil Engineer Recruitment:

The selection process of this CSPHCL Assistant Civil Engineer recruitment consists of the below mentioned rounds. They are,

<> Online Computer Based Test (CBT)

<> Interview

Computer based test will comprise of the below mentioned questions pattern,

Duration of Exam - 2 hours
Objective Type Questions - 100 Questions
Marks allotted - 100 Marks
@ Part 1 - 80 questions (related to professional subject)
@ Part 2 - 20 questions (related to General Awareness and Reasoning)

And based on the merit of the Computer based test, maximum 3 times of the candidates will be called for Interview

Interview marks - 15 Marks

The selection process of CSPHCL Assistant Civil Engineer, depends upon a Computer Based Examination. After qualifying the examination there will a round of document verification process. Finally, the candidate have to appear for a personal interview in which the final selection will be decided.
