To get into the Indian Army Judicial Services you need to write Judicial Services Examination. For this to be eligible you must have a minimum of Bachelor degree in law from a recognized university. As you have good years of experience you no need to worry at all.You are eligible for this examination and the maximum age must not exceed more than 35 years.Of course there is an age relaxation for the reserved candidates.

You must have worked as an advocate under the advocates Act,1961 to be eligible. You need to god at your core subjects, because you will be tested keen in the examination.Basically judicial service examination consists of the Preliminary examination and Main examination. This preliminary examination is of objective type and there is a negative marking of 0.25M.So you must be very careful while writing the examination.Soon after completion of the Preliminary exam, the shortlisted will get in to the Main examination which is of conventional type.

The main consists of the viva voice question, you can only get through this round only if you are well equipped with the good core concepts.Otherwise it would be difficult for you to choose.Generally the pay scale ranges from Rs.9,500 to Rs.14,700/- per month.Sometimes there are direct recruitment in which it depends on the High court judges appointment. With the graduation to join Indian Army candidates can also join combined defense services examination. So the maximum age must not exceed 25 years for applying this.So you may surely apply for the Judicial service examination.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
