I am a b.tech final year student of ECE. I have appeared in GATE this year.
I want to apply for job in PSUs. So i want to know the minimum score required to apply there?

Minimum Score Required in GATE Examination to be eligible for PSUs:

As far as my knowledge is concerned, you need to aim for 800 GATE score out of 1000. If you are managed to score 800/ 1000 then I am sure you will have great chances of eligibility. Having AIR (All India Rank) of less than 500 gives you good chances for final selection in Public Sector Undertaking's (PSUs). As far as the Marks are concerned, you need to secure 70 out of 100. I think all these details are more than enough to get final job in one of the public sector undertaking companies. Companies namely GSECL, HPCL, IOCL, MDL, IRCON, NHPC, NHAI, ONGC, NTPC, PSPCL, Vizag Steel Plant, NLCL, NPCC, NBCC, BPCL, CEL..recruitment candidates through GATE Score.
