What are my chances of selection at IAF with wait list of 151?
Sir, my name is Vikas Pandey and I have been selected in IAF in wait list and my wait list position is 151 in 2016 will I get my joining letter or not please Sir tell me please.

That cannot be said by anyone as to what will be the ultimate selection procedure by the organization. You will have to wait for the final results to be declared by the organization and only then you will be able to know about your selection.
