I am Anil residing at Bhubaneshwar. I am willing to join Air India on the post of Customer Agent. I want to know about the procedure for recruitment of Customer Agent in the Air India company. Please reply.

The selection process of Air India recruitment for the post of Customer Agent is "Personal Interview" Only. The minimum qualification required and eligibility required for the post of Customer Agent is given below.

>> Candidates must have completed "Graduate Degree" in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized university.

>> Candidates must have knowledge of Basic Computer Operations.

>> Candidates must be conversant in English. Remember Knowledge of Local and Hindi Language is preferred.

>> Height must be above 158 cms for Male candidates and 152.5 cms for Female Candidates.
