E&T stands for the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Yes, there is scope for electronics and telecommunication candidates to get recruitment in HCL. In India, there are two companies of HCL:

Yes, there is ample scope of E&T students in HCL. HCL recruits candidates from E&T branch, so there is nothing to worry. However, you will not be given provision to work in your domain if you get employment opportunity in HCL. You need to shift to IT domain and perform work in IT field based on certain technology.
