yes you can.

Many Universities all throughIndi a offer the 3 years LLBprogram. You can pursue the sam efrom a recognized institute.You haven’t specified where yo uare staying.Some of theinstitutes that offer the courseare NLSIU, Bangalore, Amity LawSchool, Delhi, NLIU, Bhopal and soon. You can also pursue theBachelors’ program in Law inSymbiosisLaw College, Pune,Faculty of Law, DU, Delhi or inGovernment Law College,
Mumbai. The eligibility criterionto do the program is a pass inthe Bachelors’ degree in any
streams. The percentagerequirement may vary withUniversities. For getting Lawadmissions in Law institutes, youhave to attend Law entrance
tests. Better visit the officialwebsite of the college in which
you wish to join the course. Theadmission process to join thecourse will be mentioned there.

Calcutta University offers a 5 year LLB course for the institutions mentioned below:

Educational Qualification Required:

If you have passed or appeared for the higher secondary examination or its equivalent and secured 45% of marks then you are eligible to apply for this exam.

The aggregate is 40% in case of SC/ST candidates.

Age limit:

Age of the general candidates should not be more than 20 years and in case of SC/ST candidates it should not be more than 22 years.

Application fees will be available at the calcutta university sales counter on giving Rs.320 (Rs.20 as centre fee)

Exam generally takes place during the last week of may and result is published in June. The result will be published in the official website of the calcutta university.

After the entrance exam the admission will be done through counselling.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard are eligible for the BA LLB course which has the duration of 5 years. It includes a graduation degree and the LLB course which is why duration is 5 years.

This course is also offered by various colleges under the Kolkata University. However the age limit for this course is 20 years. On the other hand you are 21 years old. Unless you belong to SC/ST, it would not be possible to apply for the integrated LLB course.

However you don't need to be disappointed because there is still another option for you. The only possibility is to first complete graduation and then apply for the LLB course of 3 years duration.

On merit the 3 years LLB and 5 years BA LLB have same value. Therefore you are happily apply for the LLB course. But like I said you will have to first complete the graduation course. You can not apply for the LLB course without having completed graduation.

The LLB course is not offered by all the universities. Most universities have shifted to the integrated LLB course of 5 years duration. Therefore if you reallly want to do it from Kolkata then you must check whether any college is offering 3 years course or not. But before you will have to complete graduation.
