Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture have set their own cut off marks for admission. So, in order to get admission you have to achieve the cut off marks of the institute. The cut off marks changes every year depending on the following factors:

> Number of candidates appearing for the examination.

> Number of seats available.

> Difficulty level of the paper.
