The Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and this entrance exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for every year. Those candidates who are aspiring to become an IAS officer, the candidate must have to appear and qualified in Civil Service Exam.

IAS Eligibility Criteria: -

• Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university and Final year candidate of a graduation course can also eligible to apply for this exam.
• The candidate must be between the age of 21 years and 30 years for general category.
• SC/ST candidates will have five years of upper age limit and three years for OBC candidates.

The selection process for this entrance exam is divided into, Civil Service Aptitude Test, Main Exam and Interview.
