Hello, I am a student of 12th and I want join NSD after my 12th. I am studying Commerce in my 12th. So, what is the procedure to join the National School of Drama? I would also like to know that I am eligible for admission?

The eligibility requirements for getting admission into the NSD (National School of Drama) are given below:

- The candidate should have completed a graduation level degree in any stream from any recognised university.
- The age limit should be between 18 - 30 years.
- There is 5 years age relaxation for SC/ ST candidates.
- The candidate should have worked at least in 6 productions.
- The candidate should have good command on English & Hindi languages.

If you meet the requirements then you can apply for admission through online by filling the application form, pay the application fees and submit the form.
The exam is conducted every year in the month of May in different centers.

Since you have studied 12th commerce, you need to study any graduation level degree from any recognised university and then apply for admission.
