Re: Eligibility and percentage criteria to apply for NEET?
NEET is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Now this exam is replaced by All India Pre Medical Test which is also conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. CBSE earlier used to conduct NEET for undergraduate medical courses like MBBS, BDS etc.
The eligibility criteria for AIPMT is that candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board with compulsory subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Biology and you must have minimum of 50% marks in it. The minimum age limit to apply for the exam is 17 years on the 31st December of year of admission. The notification for AIPMT 2016 is not yet out and is expected to be released in December. You can apply online at the official website of AIPMT. |
