I have completed my SY Bcom but not willing to complete my graduation from commerce is it possible i can change my stream for last year, i.e can i switch to arts and get my graduation completed.(BA)?

Since, you are a second year B. Com student so you may less chance to change your stream from Commerce to Arts. It may let into a lot of confusion in future. However, please contact the your Head of Department and tell the valid reason to change your stream. If the Head of the Department accepts your reason, then definitely your stream from Commerce to the arts.
