In B.Com second year of your degree course, you must have to qualify in the Honours papers in order to qualify in the examination along with the general papers. If you cannot qualify in the general papers, then you must have to give supplementary examination in order to qualify the papers.
Yes, definitely general paper marks will be included in the marksheet.

Criteria for honors candidate to continue with the honors subjects in CU :
A candidate shall have to score the qualifying marks in the honors subject of part I and part II examination separately and shall have to secure pass marks in two other subjects including at least one elective subject (i.e subject other than Environmental Studies and Language group)

You have to clear all your paper that is pass subjects , Compulsory subjects & Honors subjects , which you are having in your syllabus . If you will have any back paper then you have to clear in next year.
other wise you will not be able to clear your B.com.

There are 5 subjects in the syllabus in B.com 2nd Year.

Corporate Accounting
Business Laws
Company Law and Secretarial Practice
Business Statistics
Income Tax

So, you have to clear all these papers after that you will be able to apply for final year.
