I am failed in B.Com Honours and I don't want to repeat the same class. Can I go to B.Com Pass 2nd year? Can I change from B.Com Honours to B.Com Pass?

Yes, you can change B.Com Hons from B.Com in any other university. But it is mandatory that you must continue from first year. You are not eligible for B.Com 2nd year directly.
