I am pursuing BE 1st year in auto autonomous institute TFWS scheme. Is it possible to get admission to direct second year through TFWS scheme what can I do. Can I get admission in university level college.

Sorry to inform you that there is no such scheme of taking admission to direct in 2nd year through TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) scheme.
Those candidates who have completed diploma in Engineering are eligible to take lateral entry admission to direct 2nd year of 4 years of B.Tech/B.E course in respective stream by qualifying lateral entry entrance examinations.
