Absolutely No. Candidates who have passed 12th Class in Commerce stream are not at all eligible to apply for SBI Clerical Cadre Recruitment. The main reason why 12th Class candidates are not eligible to apply for SBI Clerical Cadre recruitment is due to educational qualification. The basic educational qualification required to give SBI Clerical Examination is "Graduation" or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university as such by the Central Government. Candidates who are appearing their Final year of Graduation are also eligible to give SBI Clerical Examination. Since you have just passed 12th Class, I am really sorry to say that it is not possible for you give SBI Clerical Exam. I suggest you to pursue Graduate Degree (B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ BBA/ BBM/ B.E/ B.Tech) in order to be eligible. So you are then eligible to apply for SBI clerical recruitment after completion of Graduation. I can clearly say that, 12th Class (Commerce) candidates are not eligible to apply for SBI Clerical Cadre recruitment as Graduation is required.

No, you are not eligible to appear for SBI Clerical examination just after the completion of your 12th standard. However, candidates who have completed their graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University are very much eligible.
