Change of college is not allowed in most of the universities because admission is based on the performance in merit and there are limited seats available in a course.
If change of colleges was allowed then everyone would like to migrate to a better college after admission which is surely not possible. Hence, you have take fresh admission through entrance exam if you want a better college. |
