Definitely, a final year candidate of B.Tech electrical can apply for internship at Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited. You will need following documents to apply internship at APPGCL:
Duly filled and signed application form.
Paste latest passport size photograph on application form.
Brief resume including all projects undertaken during B.Tech.

Submit the above to the General Manager HR of APPGCL. If they approved your application, then you will be issued with an entry pass. With that entry pass, you will get entry in the company's premises for internship purpose.
