Myself Kiranakumar, currently studying 2nd year BE-Mechanical. I'm interested to do summer internship so plz tell me about internship..

Procedure to apply for summer internship:-

- Before applying for internship, first analyze your interest and chalk out the areas of your interest.
- Then do a small research of companies in that field and which have provision of internship. You can take help of this forum in this regard.
- Then you need to visit each company's website, first search whether any internship opportunities are mentioned in it or not. If not, get their contact details and contact them and get the necessary information.
- It is wise to proceed with email first followed by a telephonic call and then personal meeting. If there is no official website, you need to contact them personally or take help of any employees working in the concerned company.
- Then follow the application procedure as mentioned by the concerned authority and wait for the shortlisting process to get over. Apply in various firms since there is no guaranty that you will be selected if applied.
